Found a tool that I was going to make myself, but it was made in Python 2 and I only have Python 3 available... I tried my damndest to resolve the issues but it's keeling over at trying to use a float as an integer and I can't figure out where exactly it's choking, aaaaauuuurrrrgh
If you want to investigate, the code is here but you need to extract some files from Sonic Rush or its sequels to feed it
