I mean like, positively, absolutely, stinks.

there's the briefest of glimpses of a show, plot, characters, but the only thing driving the show is a bingo card of former characters, also phoning it in
i think the most damning part is how forgettable the entire thing is, from season to season, as they occasionally go "hey, remember we did this bit of plot" and the answer is "no, actually"
