this has existed for awhile and it's pretty good. on mobile you'll only be able to install it on Firefox Nightly, but hey there's an option. Just use the firefox PWA if you use chrome for everything else. tags here, that is, the small arrows, click the arrows (or the rest of the line, this may only work for some browsers). they move towards pointing down, and expand into text.
