I used to do this for a while and had the same issues... I think I eventually got anxious about the heart rate test (because I always failed it) which became a side-gig ending problem
(I also got a couple of mega bruises too lol)
every time the techs tried to retake my heart rate and told me to relax it went up by like 10 bpm 😔
