i wanted to get adhd testing, so i could be medicated, but i forgot to ask my psych about it for weeks and then forgot to go where he referred me to for weeks and brought it up with ny therapist who was like "i can help you do that!!" and gave me forms and i filled them out and have forgotten to give them back to her for weeks
