I'd say it depends on the toy! I could probably generalize and say pools and water typically feel good to all, but some might feel less uncomfortable being distant from a pool than others. Some might even be seen away from a pool a bit more often than you'd think!
There's definitely some toys out there that would probably feel a bit more odd not being around a pool, though, especially those without any useful limbs for walking - they practically have no mobility if they're not in water!
