Learned via TikTok that at the San Francisco Ghirardelli 's store they won't sell you the pick-your-own chocolates tin if it has any more than the mandated max of 15 chocolates, and god nothing good can exist in that cursed city can it?
(For reference, that "15 chocolate" tin can easily fit over 20, which they don't care about and let you do in joyful places like Disney Springs)
