I haven't seen nearly enough tokusatsu titles to comment on what stands out as well-made and what doesn't, but Kamen Rider Black's particular tone and look make it my personal favourite of those I've seen. It understands that motorcycles can be sad, and that Kurata should be dressed in impossibly good outfits at all times.
The use of light in the opening and closing shots excels, but put that aside for a moment and consider how restricted this opening stays.
There is one human character in this opening: Kamen Rider Black.
The opening shows us that he rides.
