reread this memoir where a game journalist for ign japan grieved for his mother and his family decided to take a trip around europe to learn to move on. and he had a wonderful encounter with someone in london that read like fiction.
you wouldn't expect an article like this from a game website, but ign japan publishing this series of memoirs gave me the spirit to write/blog. i wish this series of memoirs was translated. this is the kind of essays i would've liked to see more.
