Really, Bernie’s Zaku II is the rival suit in 0080, if there has to be just one. But I’m going to say that since it’s the one other suit the Alex fights, and since it gets plenty of build-up of its own, the Kampfer counts too.
Considering the framing of the show I considered buying an Alex for this round. Glad to see some 0080 rep :D
