My only new year's resolutions pertain to the garden:
- try to maintain it, health permitting
- bag the figs so I lose fewer to birds/insects
- get some herbs in pots
The poet they probably shouldn’t have sent. I watch anime and am sometimes accused of reading books. I'm writing a long gay giant robot story in verse—probably this millennium's best yuri mecha epic poem, through lack of competition.

i really hope i can get around to my garden this year... i think i may just have to interrupt renovations otherwise, i don't want to miss another growing season lol
i have big plans though, a bunch of fruit trees mainly. apples and pears and maybe a yuzu to indulge my inner weeb. and at some point i'll have to bring my little greenhouse over and fix it.
Ooh, good luck! Maybe you'll be able to triage out some garden tasks that won't interrupt renovations too much.
