I don't think anyone else has posted this, and the blog itself has no Cohost presence, as far as I know. So here's the 2023 Sakugabooru Animation Awards.

These are far from the last word in sakuga opinions, but the range of contributors is broad, and their choices often hold some interest. This year they added a category for non-contemporary works, which enhanced the thing I've always found most useful in these: mentions of titles which are either genuinely obscure, or largely ignored by international fans.
