Man, I hope I followed back the real accounts of people I know and they weren't opportunistic squatters or something lol

I think all this site needs is an app (which I assume will happen eventually) and some of the cool numbers that Twitter had. Cuz as a gamer, I have an intense, primal, unhealthy(?) desire to see numbers go up.

I also wish I could go to a friend's profile and see who they're following? So I can rebuild my base o' content a bit faster...

Anyway, here's the most recent highlight of my life: doing a cool trick on the first try in Mario Kart 64.

in reply to @voidburger's post:

i can state pretty confidently that there'll never been any numbers on this website, the developers have a pretty strong conviction against numbers.

i believe @jkap has posted about their lack of a mobile app and explained that it's fairly unlikely to happen any time soon, both for lack of development resources reasons and because their commitment to allowing NSFW content conflicts with certain fruit companies app store policies. but they also said that once they have a stable public API they'll allow third-party clients so hopefully people will pick up the slack and make a decent one.

I saw a post from one of the people who works here saying they intentionally want the numbers hidden, and to hide followers so you can't shame people for who the follow. If you put that URL on a new line it will embed

As a temporary workaround to having an app, most browsers on phones let you create a shortcut to a website on your home screen using an "Add to Home screen" option, then display it like it's kind of an app when you click on it. The mobile view of cohost isn't the greatest right now, but it's a good temporary solution until there's an app available.
