oh yeah theres definitely times and spaces where shit's packed or rushed when youre driving and you gotta take up that extra space. and that IS an infrastructure failure. in my city i get a lot more of it happening just bc they dont care. there can be no one else around in a slow area and theyre still all up in there. parked. SOMETIMES if theyre NICE and see me waiting, they'll even scooch out of it.
i also gotta say even when there's no walking infrastructure, there will still be people who have no other options than to walk or bike. i am one
