Looking up footage of eFootball on other people's computers to confirm that yes the closeups still run like crap on a lot of people's comparable (i.e., 3060 GPU) systems.
Since my brother has one I went over to compare and can say the PS5 fares a little better, mainly for corner kicks, but still seems to drop down to 40FPS in some of the close-up sequences (i.e., replays). Go figure.
