I may be a white boy but I know a thing or two about collards. Looks a little orange in there partly from the light and partly from the tomato-added chicken bullion but it should be pretty good. Usually I add some chopped garlic but it's already pretty late, so garlic powder this time.
Obviously we've got plenty of Louisiana hot sauce, some apple cider vinegar, and a good scoop of brown sugar in there too.
Although as a definite Food Sicko, there's a part of me that wants to try something like this with some chile pods and...orange juice for the sugar and vinegar.
I forgot I never posted this (it was around noon I set the instant pot going) so also have a bonus picture of some sweet potatoes getting candied that I set up in the last appx 15 minutes ago
