It's always fun looking at old websites or magazines and seeing that something that's totally forgotten these days was popular and influential once. Back in the late 90s/early 00s, Japanese VGM sites were really into an ero VN called Love Escalator; I've seen a whole lot of early Japanese fan music sites doing covers of it.
I mean if most of the game sounds like this I can see why. That tune fuckin cooks
Also there are so many joke replies I could make like "Love escalator? I mean, yeah, seeing one is what got me into mechanical engineering" and "silly tagine, you step onto an escalator, not into it" and "extremely bold choice to put the words 'escalator' and 'fall' so close together", one of which would probably have triggered the QI klaxon if that was a thing that existed outside the show
