You know what? I agree. If I'm going to spend $3k on some fucking goggles they damn well better give me either Dio powers or the ability to conjure up infinite knives.
If they can't do that they should at least provide the ability to point lasers at people's foreheads so that when someone's being annoying to me they can think they're being targeted by a sniper and get as far away from me as possible but that's only going to convince me to wait until a price drop or I find one secondhand
