Steward Medical Group (which means the outpatient offices, not the hospitals) has officially been sold to Optum/United Healthcare.
A for-profit company that bought out the last place I worked, and ran that clinic into the ground by making penny-wise-pound-foolish cost cuts and promising clients services we couldn't actually deliver. (I don't just mean that the clinics got worse subjectively; every Massachusetts location of that urgent care chain is closed now.)
