My sister's friend (her name is Also jen lmao) also had a 1TB hard drive lying around that they weren't using and threw that on top for another $15, so all-in-all I'm gonna pay $40 to pick up a Fractal Design Core 1100 MicroATX Mini Tower Case and hard drive on Saturday and get this whole PC building thing going (slowly, yeah, but going)
I think the combo of 1TB internal hard drive and 1TB external (that I currently use for playing games and shit on my shitty gamer laptop my ex talked me into buying a year ago smh) should have me covered, but the beauty of building it myself is that I can always add more... I think (I'm pretty sure)
Now, the downside of this is that when I go pick it up, I have to first navigate Easter dinner with my mother

if you can get an ssd of some sort it makes such a huge difference especially with any remotely modern aaa release, if you're playing like scrimblo bimblo indie stuff or older games and can cope with your os feeling meh it's probably not necessary though
ah damn I definitely wanna be able to play bg3 and shit like that-- my laptop sounds like an airplane taking off when I try to run it right now 😅
