hello fellow autistics. can anyone recommend foods or meals that

  1. don't have a lot of contrasting tastes and/or textures
  2. have little to no prep
  3. have enough calories to actually qualify as a meal (like, 400+)

i really struggle to eat enough bc of Brain (prep is intimidating and difficult to start, sensory problems) and i need safety foods for when i can't eat anything else

Are there any specifics you usually keep in the pantry or even just a list of food/ingredients that are usually safe for you?

Most mornings I drink an ensure, or at least the store generic version of them. The one I get is 350 cals, plus various nutrients and protein.

Idk if you like tuna and rice, but lately I've been keeping minute rice and those predrained packets of tuna by the microwave. Not sure how many calories it comes out to, but it's a quick meal of carbs and protein. Good for the mid day slump for me.
