Love this little glossary.
I would say kidfur / littlefur / middlefur are different things.
Middlefur is being between 8-16 or so (though recently I've seen people ageplay college-age 22)
kidfur is between 5-12
Littlefur/lilfur can be often by synonymous with kidfur, often indicating they're past baby/toddler milestones and engage more in discovery and learning..
It is not uncommon for all of the above to wear diapers but often the case is that an emphasis is not put on them.
