Guys… let's talk about foreskins and their maintenance as it pertains to diaper wearers.

Foreskin is delicate and sensitive, and can often react to the conditions inside your diaper negatively, quickly—I'm lookin' at you, SogChamps™. If you like to or have to wear diapers and you have a penchant for holding off changes until your plastic is fit to burst, you need to do some preventative maintenance and provide some extra TLC to your penis. Trust me, you don't want to develop a moisture rash or, even worse, a patch of dry skin on your foreskin.

Preventative Maintenance

First things first—this is going to sound WEIRD AS FUCK, I know and I fully understand the knee-jerk weirdness, but—Use a sheath cleaner in the shower. Sheath Cleaning solutions are made for horses, they are extremely mild soaps specifically designed for the penis to remove smegma—excess oils and dead skin—from the penis. They are great! They're also 100% safe to use for humans because horses' and humans' skin PH is roughly the same—if you don't believe me, look it up. This is why Mane & Tail & Body is both a horse shampoo and a human shampoo that you can buy at the grocery store or the tack shop! Anyway, I use Excalibur, but there are plenty of other sheath cleaners out there, so find one that you like and wash your penis.

Secondly, go to CVS or wherever you buy your personal care products, and buy one of the tubs of A+D Ointment. Use it at least once a week on your foreskin, head, shaft, scrotum, and anywhere else in your Diaper Area™ that regularly comes into contact with urine and SAP. This will help keep your skin soft, fresh, and healthy! (Personally, I also think it smells good, but that's maybe just me…) Think of it like taking vitamins for your skin, because that's exactly what it is. It also acts as a water barrier, so on your treatment day(s) you'll be able to sog even longer without fear of getting a rash! Joy…

That's basically it for prevention… wash your dick and take your vitamins. (In addition to the Diaper Dog Mantra™ of "Change Early & Change Often.")

Recovery Maintenance

In the event you discover that you have developed a diaper rash or SAP-induced dry patch on your penis, foreskin, or really anywhere in your Diaper Area™:
  1. Hit that A+D Ointment hard. Every change, reapply.
  2. Don't sit in a wet diaper any longer than you have to.
  3. And, for the love of the gods, use a good, quality wipe during your diaper changes. Don't just hop from one diaper to the next without cleanup.
Trust me, I know that nothing hurts worse than when your foreskin can't flex and stretch like it's supposed to. And if you don't want to or can't stop wearing diapers for whatever reason long enough for it to heal on it's own—which can take up to a week in some cases—treating it with A+D Ointment and using good, quality wipes during your diaper changes is the absolute best solution. And it will work and work quickly.

Conclusion

  1. Wash your penis properly.
  2. A+D Ointment is mana from the gods.
  3. Change early, change often.
Wearing diapers isn't always 100% fun time, party pants. But with a little knowledge and care, you can minimise the impact of the negatives and keep your pampered penis happy and healthy!

Hope that helps! 🧷
