Don't really need a wok for this, but mapo tofu is perfect for cold winter days
Oh that's a VERY good suggestion!! I got some doubanjiang in the fridge so I think I could make this pretty soon...
I've heard very good things about the latest book from Kenji López-Alt on cooking with a wok.
