People need an easy-to-understand guide on How to Not Consume Art (and instead actually value it) but also it would inevitably be a guide on How to Stop Thinking Like a Capitalist Subject

Step 2: approach art with curiosity
Step 3: ...

Pretty sure most of the steps are going to involve a lot of community/union meetings and brangling about how to do this or that project. But eventually enough of that from people who actually care to get good things done results in a real agreement and good things getting done.
Somewhere in there, guides on how to talk and how to listen about art probably ARE an important part of the conversation.
