How do you add links and images to your profile description?

and  for <img>
and --- for <hr>

im not sure abt images but it might be 
sorry for late reply! HTML and CSS. Look at W3schools to get into some basics. You can have tags like <p style="color:teal;font-size:32px">paragraphs</p>
