I've been hemming and hawing over getting a MiSTer for over a year. Between having a computer made of spare parts that I use solely for emulation and having an Analogue Pocket, aren't I covered when it comes to playing any old game I could ever possibly want to play?
Probably. But why not get one more? And I'm madly in love with my Pocket, so I've already dipped a toe into the world of FPGA. Might as well keep going.
It's silly, but a throwaway line in a Discord I'm in about how the price is rumored to go up soon is what finally did it for me. I ordered a DE-10 last night and will now spend this morning shopping around for RAM and extra bits and bobs.
