i heard someone talk abt the killer games as feeling like they belong to a bygone era of freeware and while ofc i dunno about bygone it made me glad, i think i've had to accept i'm not good at making work that's intended to be commercial from the outset and tend to freeze when there's a sense that the end result of whatever i'm doing has to sort of end up being "worth it".. doing little things and bundling them to sell later if i eventually feel happy with them has been much more to my tastes. it's been a pleasure to go back to working that way so i'm glad when some of the lightness of freeware comes through.

that said my ultimate aim is to shift enough units that it gets its own offmodel appstore clone game about mining emeralds or something. "synthesis"
