not in the "exploitation" sense but in the sense that my work is governed by the decisions of a bunch of managers who are so far removed from the actual work going on that they dont understand it so are literally incapable of making good decisions. then the consequences of their constant bad decision making falls on me and the people im responsible for, but they get to keep their jobs and continue thinking theyre doing a good job because im never in the same room as them to tell them how bad they are at it.
