Sometimes, neurodivergent folks don't have hunger cues or are less likely to notice them. You should eat something at least every 3-4 hours. Setting an alarm can help you remember to eat! I don't always notice my hunger cues because of a mix of autism and having had an eating disorder, so i schedule my meals and snacks (but if i get hungry early, i always allow myself to eat whenever)
