I put together a philtre mostly out of ~ Vibes ~ and it's turned out to be both fragrant, delicious, and useful. It will mostly be used as a wash of sorts for the bedroom. After the shenanigans with basil being too much like an overenthusiastic knight in clanky armor (I had been wondering why it's not used in dream work), I made sure to use only botanicals that are present in historical spells involving sleep and dreams for it.
The result was... gently warming and 'dependable', like a carpet of soft grass under the morning sun.
I'll have to settle on a default ratio of ingredients (I just eyeballed this batch) and then try it out in different mediums and for different things.
the concept of interactive books / books with moving parts has captivated me and now i'm trying to figure out what i could use it for.
obviously one would be an astrological wheel, to make it easier to see aspects. maybe even a mini solar system model - that's always fun. maybe even a moon phases volvelle...
i need more ideas than just spinning, sliding, and popping out-
