I'm trying to get into Unreal...
I'll start a little devlog. Mainly for myself to (hopefully) look back on someday and go

Today, I tried out some IK stuff with Matt Wood's Little Kitten model and it's so cursed. Bones are really messed up (Matt exported with Maya and importing it into blender breaks everything lol). I very much love the model still.

(1) Bone names are really fucked lmao
(2) just an auto-LOD that looks funny.
(3) Importing directly into Unreal is still a little messed up and I can't get IK to work reliably but my understanding grows.

In procrastination, I bought a new website domain yesterday that I don't have time to make a site for yet. But I will, eventually, make a simpler-to-maintain dark-theme-first portfolio. No more BambuSource, no more semi-deadname. Hopefully ready before Gamescom.
Good side matter: I'm getting more comfortable with git. Now it's time to sleep
