How do you add links and images to your profile description?

Thanks to @rawtess for pointing it out to me, it's markdown, such as [title](url) for <a>
and ![alt](imgUrl) for <img>
and --- for <hr>

sorry for late reply! HTML and CSS. Look at W3schools to get into some basics. You can have tags like <p style="color:teal;font-size:32px">paragraphs</p>
