The thing I like about drinking is that once everyone has downed a few and is a little tipsy they let me talk about philosophy and music and no one stops me or makes fun of me or tells me that I’m being ‘pretentious’ bcause they’re like, well, I’m drunk and she’s drunk and there’s reason to stop her.
