new headphones sound so much worse than old headphones, the texture is so flat on everything except like. industrial music. any recs for new headphones anyone? I would prefer not to fork over my savings

Honestly for a good budget pair I use Samson SR850's. It's not like Senheiser levels of quality, but it excels in mids and highs and I use it for casual daily listening.
