Not just any flavour of riots, but these are race riots. People who were organising these riots should be treated, legally, as terrorist organisers. I don't think that will happen. They'll probably be prosecuted for more generalised categories of crime.
But treating these riots as terrorism would make it harder for people like Yaxley-Lennon to get funded for stoking up Islamophobia in the UK. (Yaxley-Lennon, BTW, is funded by his credulous British followers, but also by a range of bodies from abroad including a right-wing US think-tank, a right-wing Australian group and organisations connected to the Israeli government.)
