Two things about the previous Sci-Fi comic I was working on;

I simply wasn't meeting the readers halfway on formatting. While I do fault them for clinging to their bad taste and bad habits, I'm not going to be the one to improve them.

People prefer guitar girls.
So yesterday, in between chores, I began drawing the other comic script I had. In theory, this being a four to six panel gag strip means I can get away with fewer backgrounds and that will speed the art process up. But me being me I know that I'll start drawing them in anyway because I got something to prove.
I'm largely happy with what I got here. The cold light of morning hasn't soured me on the results and I know how long it takes me to complete each panel.
I do plan to change the drummer's hairstyle to something a bit more youthful and rock & roll. I don't want a Mom in the story.
