I hated the colour version I did previously and I'll go delete that post when I'm done here.
On my phone the various screentones I used to put this together blend into flat greys. Since 80% of anyone who sees this... going by penetration numbers... will see it on a phone, I can only assume they'll see the same thing and all of the texture created by the screens will vanish.
In which case using the paint bucket tool will be a lot faster than using the screentone tools in Clip Studio since the results will look similar. But I may keep up with it because it satisfies my eyes.
