What I hate the most about this Cpap trial I'm in isn't how the machine keeps me awake into the darkest hours despite me doing everything I was told to make wearing it easier. It's how the fucking thing works great for tens of millions of people across the globe. My friends using them are doing great.
Not me.
I have my thoughts about why it's not taking, but I'm not a medical professional. The ENT thought it was a good idea despite the massive deformities hiding behind my nostrils. Who am I to argue against thousands of clinical studies and happy reports from well rested people?
I have my third meeting with the clinic tomorrow. If they can't give me any solutions beyond toughing it out, I'll just take my chance with the apnea. At least I'll die in my sleep.
