there are some graffiti spots that you can only get if you jump off the chain cops that you get after two stars? i remember versum hill has a couple and I didn't realize you could use those as a jumping spot until I looked at a guide.
Yes you're absolutely right, that's the one I was looking at! I had a suspicion I needed to jump on the chain thing once it's popped up so I appreciate the confirmation!
