Imagine then, that in addition to everything else, Akira Toriyama somehow also found time to be one of the sickest mechanical illustrators of an entire generation. A remarkable grasp of mechanical detail and a lovely take on the specific style of anime machinery informed by the Japanese scene for WW2 hobby kit modeling that defines this era.
The headlight, the gloves and shoes, all the different surface materials and their lighting, the hatching on the foot... incredible
To say nothing of making the feet precisely as asymmetric as they need to be in order to maintain a stable the center of gravity.
Damn could he draw a vehicle (among so many other things), RIP
