I'm furious about the Flappy Bird situation where it appears that some random US company ("gametech holdings LLC") with no claim to the original game (no devs, didn't even publish it, has nothing to do with it) can be transferred the rights to a vietnamese game wholesale by an american judge. it feels like it stems from racism and a belief that a vietnamese game "doesn't count" but an american one does. It sends the message that western publishers can simply pilfer any eastern game they want.
