If I recognize the caller: "Hello good (time of day)" or if I'm feeling sassy "Hello this is (full name)".
Unknown caller: "Hello?" or if I'm feeling sassy "Hello".
in this case, yes (transcribing it with ? implies question inflection! which is what i'm really asking about)
