i've barely used this GoToSocial instance since i set it up, but it's federating with 256 instances? i'm following 57 accounts and 34 accounts are following me. i cannot remember the conditions under which one is "federating", how does the "256 other instances" even work here
note: i kind of want an answer to this, but i am also in a mood right now where i can tell that any kind of earnest answer will slide right off
