The Switch is not going to have access to low-latency tuned codecs natively, which (in addition to Bluetooth audio support getting added rather late in its life) means that an outboard dongle will probably get you better results if your headphones have aptX-ll support or similar. But frankly I don't care enough most of the time!
the OG one is the Genki but there are plenty of clones out there now, too, just look out for the codec compatibility!
I haven't noticed any issues with my cheap mpow headphones or my newer fancier arctis nova 7s. If I use both inputs with them I honestly usually do bt for the switch and the dongle on my phone (sometimes it has weird audio cracking issues but it seems worse when the dongle is in the switch on handheld?
