welcome back to #conker watch. heads up that updates might be sparse this week because i have a day job that unfortunately has nothing to do with commentating this race.
the weather is starting to cool off and what this means is that the race will probably start heating up for our conkers soon. in this image we can see that they're all still huddled together… nobody's ready to let go quite yet. however, also visible is a secret SIXTH CONKER who is not participating in the race, but if they were, i would reckon they're the farthest along so far… see that seam running along a hemisphere? that's what we're watching out for with these conkers. a telltale sign that they're gonna split, lickety-style.
individual conker strategy still remains obscure. i keep wanting to get an interview but they are so high up and difficult for me to examine individually. suffice it to say for now that they are all hard at work ripening and we will continue to follow along with great interest
