"i have done a couple bad things"
uhhh kind of! honestly i find myself using computer at the kitchen table most of the time, because it's right next to a window, and also where i park myself when i have my One Coffee in the morning.
but i am currently typing this from floor desk, even though it's on my laptop and the big screen is going very unused. i think i might want a cushion or a floor chair or a small rug to make it more appealing! i do like being on the floor but it could be a little comfier.
now that i have an external monitor.... i've entered a new era of Desk Struggles. actually the annoying thing is that I know what i want but it involves actually having to remove a desk that i got during another Desk Struggle, back when i lived in a different apartment and i was very sad that i did not have a desk to call my own. this was before i realized that i prefer sitting on the floor to any kind of chair.
found a structurally dubious shelf at the grocery store that happens to be right around the height i wanted!! this is definitely still a temporary situation but now we're starting to get into the realm of "this is fun and good"
