I found it at a thrift store in Seattle years ago and it's been part of my night turntable rotation ever since.
i came up short on soulseek and the web.
did find another Kink FM-related compilation download that may be of interest though. the hosting is still up.

My copy of Lights Out II is vinyl, not CD, so ripping is kinda impractical
