look I am not a big “the state should keep secrets” kind of person in general but with every “some guy posted state secrets on a game forum to prove a point” event I wonder how it’s possible for enough people to have access that counted among them are enough unscrupulous people that it happens at all

To be fair, the things getting posted are barely secret, they're in what's called "export restricted" classification - not even confidential. Old but not yet reached its age-out declassification tech specs.
generally they're not, like, State Secret ass state secrets but rather "everyone who works with these tanks has to have access to these specs but in theory nobody else is supposed to"
it's extremely unlikely that any of it is actionable or even surprising to any other governments who'd care, but it's still, like, very much not something you're SUPPOSED to do
