what do you mean you can't buy Raiden II in any form for less than fifty dollars
is there some sort of rights issue with it, is that why it wasn't in the Raiden Legacy collection?

IIRC it has weird different hardware from any of the other games, and even MAME couldn’t run it until a few years ago. I’m guessing the collections like Legacy were reusing existing emulators and when one didn’t exist they didn’t bother writing it
